  1. i am male 22 years old .i am suffering from dandruff from past 3 years,i also observe that my scalp turns oily after one day of washing .i also have hair fall but there is no itching .i have been through ayurvedic course and i used to apply oil daily but it didn’t help me much.how should i cure this??? plz help me out

  2. Hi. I have Sen Derm. My Disha type is Kapha. I recently went through a Panch Karma treatment at a reputed place in India. I did Virechana because my Pitta had increased and that was causing the skin imbalance as per my Ayurvedic Doctor. It’s been 5 months since the treatment and 4 months since I’ve been following the diet and medicine. To be honest, it’s helped me overall with the body but not helped me with my Seb Derm. It’s still persistent. I apply a Karanj Oil as recommend to me by my doctor.

Let me know your thoughts about the same.

  3. Hi Rahul,
Pancha Karma is a very powerful Ayurvedic treatment; the results of it unfold with time but last for life. Follow the instructions of your doctor and let him/her know how you feel. He or she might be willing to adjust the treatment. It is a normal practice.
