  1. Green teas, herbal teas and chai are OK in moderation. Black tea isn’t good.
    Ayurveda suggests her own teas. For example breakfast tea for all three doshas would be:
    1/2 tsp fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 pinch cardamon
    1 cup water
    Boil the water and add spices. Let sit a few minutes. Enjoy.
