Favorable Time for Business and Undertakings
Vocabulary:
Nakshatras are the 27 lunar mansions, or regions of space, that the moon travels through throughout its cyclical, monthly orbit around the Earth. Each of the 27 nakshatras spans 13 degrees and 20 minutes of the zodiac.
Amavasya is New Moon night when the night is very dark.
Tithi is one day of the lunar month. Tithis begin at varying times of day and vary in duration approximately from 19 to 26 hours. Every day of a lunar month is called tithi.
Purnima is the Sanskrit word for full moon.
A lunar month consists of 28 days, 14 days of the waxing Moon and 14 days of the waning Moon, so the first lunar day means both waxing and waning unless it is additionally indicated that it is a waxing or waning moon.
Recommendations for general affairs
Tuesday and Saturday are not the most favorable days, because they are ruled by Mars and Saturn respectively.
Sunday is more favorable for spiritual matters than for material ones.
