The Law of Attraction – Daily Positive Affirmations
“A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.” These words of Mahatma Gandhi fully correspond with the Ayurvedic law of attraction. This universal law states, that like attracts like. Positives attract positives, and negatives attract negatives. We draw into our lives whatever we think about. Our dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest. These are not us who change the reality, but the universal law of fulfilment of all wishes (See Fulfillment of all desires – the cosmic law). God has His plans on us. When we wish for something we are not supposed to get at that time, we still can attract it. In this case we might lose what we alreadt have or were supposed to get. And this thing we do not get might be much more beneficial for us on the long run.
Affirmations are statements, thoughts, or ideas. For example, “I love all beings” is an affirmation. To be effective, an affirmation must meet three requirements:
1. Affirmation must be short and specific.
2. Affirmation must be positive.
Instead of “I am not sick” say “I am healthy.”
3. Affirmation must be stated in the present tense.
Instead of “I will love my job” say “I love my job.”
The best time to repeat an affirmation is in the morning when you get out of bed, and then again at night before you go to sleep.
TODAY’S TIP: We have a choice to pick up a thought and make it our reality. We have the power to change our thinking patterns which will reprogram our feelings, emotions, and our interaction with the world, people, and ourselves.
