General Therapy for Psoriasis
According to Ayurveda, psoriasis occurs due to a decrease in all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) to varying degrees, but mainly in Vata and Kapha.
Vata causes pain, dryness, and flaking of the skin.
An imbalance in Pitta leads to feelings of burning, redness, and inflammation.
Kapha imbalance provokes rashes, itching, discharge, and thickening of the skin.
Based on these symptoms, a specialist carefully analyzes the imbalance of the doshas for each patient.
Ayurveda rightly believes that without changing our way of thinking it is impossible to heal the body; we need to eliminate the mental cause of the disease.
Regimen for the mind.
Avoid judging yourself and other people, accepting yourself and others as they are.
Do not intrigue and do not lie.
Do not use unverified information.
Bring all your plans to completion.
The following treatment is suggested for the body:
Cleanse the blood and skin of toxins. To do this, take Neem continuously for 3 months, 2 capsules 3 times a day, 2 hours after meals. Then continue taking from full moon to new moon, until complete healing. The drug normalizes the pH of the blood and skin, promoting the removal of “ama” and pathological immune complexes through the kidneys and intestines.
Cleanse the liver and intestines of toxins and increase the activity of nonspecific detoxification systems. To do this, you need to take Triphala guggul for 5 months continuously, 3 tablets before bed, and then from full moon to new moon until complete recovery from psoriasis.
Normalize the state of the neuroendocrine system (especially the pineal gland and gonads) and immunity. To do this, take 1 teaspoon of Chyawanprash for 108 days continuously, and then from new moon to full moon. 3 times a day before meals until complete healing.
Normalize liver function. To do this, add 1 tablespoon of Soy Lecithin to your food 2 times a day, and 45 minutes after meals take 1 capsule of Milk Thistle.
Panchakarma procedures have a very good effect, especially Vamana (emetic therapy) and Vasti (enema)
Completely exclude from the diet beef, pork, lamb, oranges, red apples, peanuts, pistachios, sugar, wheat and corn flour, margarine, vinegar, black pepper, squid, crabs, crayfish, oysters, mussels, chocolate, coffee, cocoa and alcohol.
The above scheme is basic for the treatment of this pathology. There are a number of features and additions that you can find out from your doctor.
